  Arkay's is actually a convenience store with hot food kitchen. Therefore, it looks like crap. However, their pizza is a-freakin-mazing. They have a choice of crusts, loaded pizza is -loaded-. A small loaded is adequate for two people. A medium loaded will stuff three.
  
  The pizza is why you go and keep going.

  This is by far the best pizza in the Farmington area. We've tried a bunch of places, but now we just go to Arkay. The only negative (for me) is that there is a LOT of cheese My family likes extra cheese, so I'm the only one in my house with this complaint. It's a little more expensive than some of the other places around town, but well worth it.

  The three sandwiches we ordered were overpriced and didn't have very much meat cheese or veggies (mostly bread). They also forgot my side sauces.
